PROPERTY VALUATION

The staffs are members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya, and are registered with valuers Registration Board.

We carry out valuations for the following purposes:-

·         Mortgage purposes

·         Insurance purposes

·         Book purposes

·         Rental assessments

·         Open market valuation (for sale, purchase or other purposes as specified by the client)

·         Valuation for forced sale purposes

·         Compulsory acquisition purposes.

Emphasis is placed on ensuring that whereas the reports are solely for the purposes of those to whom the reports are addressed (our clients) the values and considerations contained in the report are impartial and reflect our honest and professional opinion of value regardless of the nature of the valuation and interests of any parties.
