       PROJECT MANAGEMENT

NEXGEN REALTORS has experience in this relatively new field and has the tools and capacity to carry it out to the satisfaction of our clients.

Amongst the activities competently carried out by NEXGEN under this area includes:-

   Identifying the design team

NEXGEN REALTORS  identifies the design team, which includes the architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, the contractors and other estate agents (in case of a lettable development). NEXGEN REALTORS also works closely with this team once they have been approved by the client. We also act on behalf of the clients’ to ensure that proper briefs are given and that the clients’ interest is best served.

    Tender Documentation

Once the project has been designed and approved NEXGEN RERALTORS also oversees the process of tender documentation i.e. Bills of quantities, schedule and other contract documents. We assist in calling tenders, selecting and awarding tenders based on advice from the lead consultant (who in most cases would be the architect).
